With more than 20 years of hospitality experience Claudia is responsible for overseeing all the on-site operations and logistics entailed in the management of a short-term rental community. She supervises from the most complex tasks to the day-to-day property operations; including but not limited to reservations, room accommodations, management of janitorial staff and ground facilities, revenue generation, and cost control.
